Drop Ship
For those of you unfamiliar with the term, Drop Shipping is a system that allows me to ship products to your customers under your business name without you needing to stock your own inventory, space, or spend valuable time on the shipping process.
My name appears nowhere on the packaging of your order, and no invoice is included. The only exception are my branded products, in which case, my name or company might appear on the label.
You are free to set up your retail prices.
You can use any pictures and descriptions from this site too.
Please note that I am a small family based company and I do not stock large amounts of inventory. Things can go out of stock, and there can be a week to 10 days until they are re stocked. Please, keep an eye on the site for that reason.
I will periodically email you with notices.
General Instructions:
You should never enter your customer's credit card information as a payment method, but use instead what method you use to place orders with me. I accept all credit cards and PayPal.
SHIPPING
I have 2 shipping methods:
I can ship directly to your customers, and the return label will list you instead of me. Just enter your customer's info in the shipping section and yours in the billing section.
The other way is to send me your own shipping labels, in which case you choose the free shipping option in the shopping cart.
You must create and email me your own shipping labels and I will use them for your shipments.
All products have weights so you can calculate the shipping cost, but if you need help to figure it out, I am more than happy to help you.
Please send shipping labels for USPS shipping only. I don't ship Fedex or UPS.
Create the shipping label as if you were going to ship the order, save it as a PDF, and attach it to an email to me with the order #.

Don't forget to please EMAIL ME YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABELS after you place your order. IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE SHIPPING LABEL FOR YOUR ORDER WITHIN A WEEK, THE ORDER WILL GET CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
I normally ship within a couple days of receiving your order, Monday through Saturday, unless it is for candles. That takes 3-4 days to make and be ready to ship. If something is out of stock I will let you know, and then the wait is 7 to 10 days.

Returns
All my products are guaranteed. If something breaks during transit, please request a picture of the broken product for a refund or replacement.
If the product arrived in good shape but the person does not want to keep it for whatever reason, no questions asked. Contact me for instructions to return the product to me. Once I receive the product, and it is in good shape, I will refund it to you.
